Once in a while text-messages may be delayed by carrier traffic. Expect it to happen sometimes. Normally this is not a permanent issue and usually your message will eventually arrive. If you've waited quite a while for your code to arrive, click on the "My Alertz" tab and delete the phone number and then click "Add Phone" to try it again.
