If you can't access your WorkAlertz account, please don't bother your supervisor. Just follow the steps below to reset your password:
1. Go to app.WorkAlertz.com and click "Forgot your ID or password?" just beneath the Password field.
Enter the email address you used when you activated your WorkAlertz account, and then click the "Reset Password" button. An email will be sent to you.

2. Go to your email Inbox and retrieve the email with your reset password.
