Before you delete an employee. . .

Before permanently deleting an employee in WorkAlertz, you should make sure to print a report of the employee's time-off requests for your records.
In the Employees tab, click on the employee's name, and then click on the "View approved time-off requests report for..." link located right below the "Managers Notes" box in the employee profile. If there were any time-off requests granted for the employee, they'll appear here. You can print a report by clicking on the "Print" link located on the blue action bar just below the tab headings.
